hopelessness, grief, fear, panic amidst limited emotional support of the prolonged social isolation.

With Veda you can now talk to experienced Psychologists, Grief Counsellors, and
attend Yoga, Meditation classes and not worry about being able to afford them.
These services are free.
We encourage you to Pay what you can to compensate for the volunteering professional's time

Therapy is a safe space for you to share what is on your mind. The therapist can help you gain perspective on what you are going through and can help you find healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
In the Covid context, therapy can help you through grief, anxiety, fear, hopelessness, exam stress, family pressures, emotional support.
Yoga offers immense physical and mental health benefits.
